too much to do, so little time

School. Website. Personal life.Work.

School: I've got project after project after project lined up for me. It's not that they are hard, it's that they keep on coming! I've got fifteen thumbnail sketches, a color scale composition of my finished grey scale composition (will put it up later), I need to draft an essay proposal, read 203 pages of Art History text, and by the end of this week I will have two more projects assigned that I will need done.

Website: Violet Summer has oodles and oodles of things to put up and sell, and that is trés excitée. They just have to be cut apart, sewed back together, added on to and generally re-made. Lord help us.

Personal life: As many of my friends know, I have a very extensive family, and we something going on almost every weekend. For example this weekedn: my cousin's wedding reception on Friday, and lunch at their house on Saturday. Plus, my birthday is coming up, and I would lovelovelovelove to have every friend I want over, my parents are set out to make sure that does not happen. They also do not grasp the fact of an "all-night art show" happening in downtown Toronto [Nuit Blanche: www.scotiabanknuitblanche.ca/] that I need to go to and everyone else wants to go to and that is on the same night as my hope-to-be birthday party.

Work: Sure, I only have work twice a month, but it's on the WEEKEND. I have work this Sunday. A day that I had hoped to dedicate to homework, but no.

I hate to rant about myself but here it is.

You my friend need to start skipping the family things to work. Not ALL of them...just the ones that are not as important...the reception would fall under important i guess..lunch not so much since you're already seeing them friday. I think you need to talk to your parents and get them to understand how incredibly busy you are....plus that is making you unable to see friends, thus you need all 2197940720 of us to come over!...i wonder what they would do if we just SHOWED up..and you act surprised and like you didnt know we were all coming...
