But I approve of what Miley Cyrus is wearing in this picture.
She obviously didn't choose it herself though (cause if she did, the tank top would be lower, the skirt would be shorter, and she would not have even THOUGHT about leg warmers on heels).

I like it too...although the extreme push-up bra is a little much..
obviously it was her stylist.. we have both seen the awful outfits of hers that perez has bashed
if there weren't any leg warmers it would have been a good outfit.
